Refund Policy
90-Night Trial
We want you to feel confident trying Nublia at home. You have 90 nights from delivery to decide if your pillow is the right fit.
Our pillows are vacuum-sealed for shipping. Opening the seal is required for use and does not affect eligibility for the 90-Night Trial.
Returns — United States
We accept returns within 90 nights of delivery.
A processing fee of 15% of the refunded amount will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting and processing returns at our warehouse and fulfillment facilities.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Opening the vacuum seal is required to use your pillow and does not affect your return eligibility. However, due to hygiene standards, returned sleep products will not be resold.
Returned items must be free of stains, washing, damage, or excessive wear beyond normal trial use.
Exchanges — United States
We're happy to help you find the right fit. Exchanges are processed free of charge within the 90-Night Trial period.
Replacement items are shipped after the original item is received and inspected. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the exact product you want is out of stock, we'll let you know your options.
Partial Returns (Bundle & Multi-Item Orders)
For bundle or multi-item orders, you may return individual items without returning the entire order.
Partial return refunds are calculated based on the proportional amount paid per item, minus the 15% processing fee. For example, if you purchased 2 pillows for $112 and return 1, your refund would be calculated as follows: $112 / 2 items = $56 per pillow, minus the 15% processing fee ($8.40) = $47.60 refund.
Discounts and promotional codes applied at checkout are reflected in the refund calculation. We refund based on what you actually paid, not the original list price.
Alternative Resolution
In some cases, we may offer the option to keep your product and receive a partial refund instead of returning it. This option provides faster resolution, saves you the hassle of shipping, and helps reduce unnecessary waste.
Return Label Expiration
Prepaid return shipping labels are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. We recommend shipping your return as soon as possible after receiving your label.
If your label expires before use, please contact us. We may be able to reissue a label on a case-by-case basis, provided your return request is still within the 90-Night Trial period.
International Orders (Canada, UK, Europe & Middle East)
Orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for traditional returns or exchanges at this time, as we do not currently have international return logistics.
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.
For non-defective issues, please reach out to our team. We'll work with you to find the best solution.
We are actively working on expanding international return options in the future.
Cancellations & In-Transit Orders
Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the order after it has shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery. The standard return policy and 15% processing fee will apply.
Orders refused, intercepted, or returned while in transit are treated as standard returns and subject to the 15% processing fee.
Exchange requests cannot be processed until the original order has been delivered and returned.
Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed shipments, or incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout will be treated as standard returns and subject to the 15% processing fee.
Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your building's mail area.
If your package is still missing, please contact us. We'll work with you and the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.
Promotions & Bundles
Promotional items, free gifts, and bundle components should be returned together when possible. If only part of a promotional or bundle order is returned, the refund will be calculated based on the proportional amount paid per item, and may be adjusted if the remaining items no longer meet the original promotional conditions.
Excessive or Abusive Returns
Nublia reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges in cases of excessive return activity.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at care@nublia-sleep.com. Include your order number and reason for the return, and we'll send you instructions along with a prepaid return label.
