Order Processing
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days before shipment. You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has shipped.

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Fulfillment & Shipping Rates
Orders are fulfilled through a combination of U.S. and global fulfillment partners to ensure product availability and efficient delivery.
Free shipping applies to most destinations.
Additional shipping fees may apply for select countries, including:
- Israel
- Qatar
- Poland
- Ireland
- Saudi Arabia
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and local regulations. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Cancellations & Address Changes
- Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If you no longer wish to keep the order after it has shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery. The standard Return & Exchange Policy and applicable processing fees will apply.
- Address changes are not guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment.
- Nublia is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or failed shipments caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers are responsible for checking with household members, neighbors, or the carrier directly.
Nublia may assist with filing a carrier claim where applicable but is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.
Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed shipments will be treated as standard returns and subject to applicable processing fees.
