Will the pillow be too firm or too soft?
No. Each pillow is filled with 1200g of cotton and designed with an outer zipper. You can freely adjust the amount of filling to achieve your preferred firmness and height.
How should I clean the pillow?
The pillow cover is made of durable linen-blend fabric. It can be machine washed and tumble dried separately. For the inner filling, we recommend air-drying in the sun; avoid machine washing as it may damage the cotton fibers.
What are the dimensions?
Each pillow measures 29 x 19inch (74 x 48cm), and is generously filled for extra bounce and support. When fully fluffed, the height can reach around 8-10 inch (20–25 cm), ensuring a plump and supportive feel.
Will the pillow lose its shape after use?
No. This pillow is designed with resilient filling that quickly bounces back, even after extended use or being compressed. If the pillow looks flat after shipping, simply shake and pat it to restore its fluffiness.
